1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bedjl ("the Platform") and any individual ("the Player") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the services available at bedjl.app. By completing account registration or by placing any bet, spin, or wager on the platform, the Player is deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally and in full. bedjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via the platform. Continued use of bedjl following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the bedjl Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Platform. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

1.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bedjl operates. Disputes arising from the use of the platform that cannot be resolved through the bedjl support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. The Platform provides its services in English for players based in Bangladesh.

1.2 Amendments

bedjl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice in circumstances where such modification is required to comply with applicable law, to protect platform security, or to address fraudulent activity. For routine updates, a notice period of at least 7 days will be applied before the revised Terms take effect. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active bedjl account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, a self-excluded status on the bedjl platform.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the bedjl platform for any reason, including fraud or bonus abuse.
• All personal information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and current.

2.1 Age Verification

bedjl conducts age and identity verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players may be required to submit a copy of a valid National Identity Card, passport, driver's licence, or other government-issued document confirming date of birth. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. bedjl reserves the right to request verification documents at any time during the player's account lifecycle, not only at initial withdrawal.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

bedjl primarily serves players based in Bangladesh, including those in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using bedjl is lawful in their specific location. bedjl makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability for a player's failure to comply with local laws.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account on the bedjl platform. The opening of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same name, a different name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bedjl reserves the right to close all accounts belonging to that player, forfeit any pending bonuses or promotional credits, and withhold any winnings generated through the duplicate account.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register a bedjl account, players must provide accurate and complete information including a valid email address, a unique username, a mobile number capable of receiving SMS for two-factor authentication, and a secure password. Players must also confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms. bedjl reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bedjl account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. bedjl strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password that is not shared with any other online service. You must notify the bedjl support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bedjl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

3.3 Account Information Updates

Players are responsible for keeping their account information current and accurate. Changes to email address, mobile number, or payment method details must be submitted to the bedjl support team along with supporting documentation. bedjl reserves the right to suspend account activity pending verification of any significant account information change.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bedjl platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bedjl supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods popular among Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player's bedjl wallet within 30 seconds. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified accounts, though bedjl may apply transaction limits for security purposes. All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. bedjl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no upper withdrawal cap for fully verified accounts in good standing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours during peak operational hours (09:00–22:00 BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside peak hours will typically be processed within 12 hours. bedjl does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bedjl accepts no responsibility.

4.3 KYC and Withdrawal Conditions

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the player must complete the bedjl Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This requires submission of one or more of the following: a valid National Identity Card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification; proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); and confirmation of the payment method to be used for withdrawal (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered to the player's name and mobile number).

• Withdrawal requests will not be processed to payment accounts other than those registered in the player's name.
• bedjl reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• In the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, bedjl may freeze a withdrawal pending investigation for up to 30 days.
• Winnings generated through the use of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus offer — see Section 5.

4.4 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Players must not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their payment provider as a method of recovering funds from their bedjl account. Where a chargeback is initiated, bedjl reserves the right to immediately suspend the player's account, reverse any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed funds. Repeated or fraudulent chargeback behaviour will result in permanent account closure.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bedjl offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and this general policy, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification. Unless otherwise specified, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per IP address. bedjl reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time prior to the offer being claimed by a player.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is specified in the individual offer terms and is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the player must wager a total of 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted). The following general rules apply to all bedjl bonus wagering unless the individual offer states otherwise:

• Only real-money bets placed after the bonus credit date contribute toward wagering requirements.
• Bets placed on certain games (including, but not limited to, specific live casino and table game titles) may contribute at a reduced rate — typically 10% — toward wagering requirements. Full contribution rates are published in the individual offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the bedjl platform.
• bedjl reserves the right to impose maximum bet restrictions during bonus play. Placing single bets exceeding ৳1,000 while a bonus is active may be treated as a breach of bonus terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bedjl employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; coordinated betting by related accounts; and arbitrage of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, bedjl reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the relevant account, and permanently ban the player from future promotional participation.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bedjl platform — whether on sports markets including cricket BPL, IPL, ICC T20, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, or on casino games including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, and Andar Bahar — are subject to the specific rules of each game or market, as well as the general betting rules set out in this section.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

bedjl reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not confirmed until the platform displays a bet confirmation reference number. In the event of a technical failure that prevents confirmation, the bet is considered void and any stake is returned to the player's account. Verbal or informal agreements regarding bet terms are not binding on bedjl.

6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or under conditions that are clearly erroneous — including typographical errors, data feed failures, or pricing anomalies — bedjl reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the player's stake. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. bedjl will notify affected players and process stake refunds promptly.

6.3 Game Fairness

All casino and slot games available on bedjl are sourced exclusively from internationally certified providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems have been independently verified for fairness. Game providers include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. bedjl does not operate proprietary games with unverified house advantages. Players who believe they have experienced a game malfunction or unfair outcome should contact the bedjl support team with relevant screenshots and bet reference details within 48 hours of the disputed event.

6.4 Responsible Gambling Limits During Play

Players may set deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss limits directly from their account dashboard. These tools are designed to support responsible gaming and are detailed further in the bedjl Responsible Gaming policy. Limits set by a player take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bedjl platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent platform ban:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Opening or operating more than one bedjl account, whether under your own identity or a fictitious identity.
• Using the platform on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your bedjl account credentials.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities, or use any automated system (bot, script, AI agent) to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as defined in Section 5.3 of these Terms.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bedjl staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software component of the bedjl platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your bedjl account to any other person for any reason.

bedjl employs fraud detection systems that monitor for irregular betting patterns, unusual account activity, and potential Terms violations on an ongoing basis. Where a violation is confirmed, bedjl will act accordingly as described in Section 8 of these Terms. Players who disagree with a decision made by bedjl in relation to an alleged violation may raise a formal dispute by contacting the support team at [email protected].

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bedjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

8.1 Suspension

Account suspension is a temporary measure applied while an investigation is ongoing. During suspension, the player will be unable to log in, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. bedjl will endeavour to complete any investigation and communicate an outcome to the player within 14 business days of the suspension date. Where a suspended account is found to be compliant with these Terms, all restrictions will be lifted promptly.

8.2 Permanent Closure

Where a breach of these Terms is confirmed — including fraud, KYC falsification, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or illegal activity — bedjl reserves the right to permanently close the relevant account(s), forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings, and in serious cases, refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. Any real-money balance remaining after forfeiture of bonus funds may, at bedjl's discretion, be returned to the player's registered payment method following resolution of the investigation.

8.3 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the bedjl support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bedjl will process any pending withdrawal of real-money balance to the player's verified payment method before closing the account. Players who have set a self-exclusion period (see the Responsible Gaming page) are not able to reopen their account until the exclusion period has fully expired.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bedjl may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts, deducted from the remaining account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email before the dormancy fee is first applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any required re-verification steps.
